Change the CONVERSATION

A campaign for the Union of Brunel Students to give a different perspective on mental illness and disorders. This campaign focused on breaking down the facts and stats surrounding the most common mental health conditions amongst people of university age. It covered mental illness, mood, psychotic, personality and eating disorders.

With much of our previous mental health campaigning around self-care and how to de-stress, this campaign was designed to create discussion about serious health conditions that people may be struggling with silently. The idea was to help others understand that depression, for example, is more than just feeling sad or that schizophrenia doesn’t cause people to be violent and that psychosis isn’t a permanent state of being.
